To encourage the love of reading and the habit of picking up a good book, the Star Reader program awards patches for books read. Forms are available in the library and on this web site to fill out books read (15 books for grades 1 -3 and 10 for grades 4 - 5.) "Get caught reading!"

FAMILY READING NIGHT

The next Family Reading Night will be September 19th from 6:30 - 7:30. Mr. Hitomi with other parents will read Bed-Time stories for the whole family. Wear your pajamas and bring a pillow if you want.

Kristin Bush is chairing this year. If you would like to read, contact her! The next event is scheduled for October 23rd.

BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB

Students can donate a library book in honor of their birthdays. They will be notified the month of their birthday to come to the library and chose a special book and book plate. The contribution is $15. Any anniversary or event can be commemorated.
